Mrec advised Brookfield on acquisition of the Unity Living portfolio in Finland, marking Brookfield’s first living investment in the Nordics. The acquisition comprises Unity’s business operations and a portfolio of six newly built living and hospitality assets — two in Finland and four in Sweden — totaling approximately 1,300 apartments.
