The property, fully leased to retail chain Jula, has been acquired by Prisma Properties for an underlying property value of EUR 5.5 million at a yield of approximately 7 percent.

The modern 3,000 m² building with over 2,000 m² of retail space was completed in October 2025 and is located next to the Ristikko shopping center in Helsinki.
