Mrec acted as an advisor in the sale of Hotel Haikon Kartano’s properties and hotel business. Hotel Haikon Kartano and Spa comprises ca 14,000 sqm premises, 150,000 sqm land and 60,000 sqm water areas. Hotel has had a stabilized turnover of ca 13M€.
After the transaction Hotel Haikon Kartano & Spa will be part of the Lapland Hotels.
